After taking a 2-0 lead in the series, the Golden State Warriors didn’t take their foot off the gas in the third game of the series. From the starting buzzer to the final one, the Warriors played with a lot of energy and never really gave the Mavericks a chance at making a comeback in the series.

The match finished 109-100 in favor of the Warriors and the match was full of amazing moments. Although Luka Doncic finished the game with 40 points and 11 rebounds, it wasn’t enough to defeat the Warriors.

Apart from scoring 40 points, Doncic had a pretty awful night. He was part of the heated scuffle after Curry drained a no-look three. But the biggest headline came when Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins put Doncic on a poster.

Wiggins is incredibly athletic and has used that ability this season pretty well. In the regular season, he dunked hard on Karl-Anthony Towns and now Doncic became his recent victim.

During the postgame conference, the European superstar was asked about his thoughts on Wiggins’ dunk, and here’s what he had to say:

“That was impressive, I’m not gonna lie. That was pretty incredible. I wish I had those bunnies.”

It’s great to hear Luka appreciated Wiggins, as it must have been a bit embarrassing for him during the game to be dunked on that hard. Speaking of Wiggins’ dunk, he was asked about his favorite poster.

"I got a lot of nice posters… I'll let you guys decide."

Ever since joining the Warriors, Andrew Wiggins’ career has been going incredibly well. He is a lot more confident in his skills now and has performed well whenever his team needs him.

It finally feels like Wiggins has found his place in the league. But will he and the Warriors be able to win the 2022 NBA Championship? We will find out in the coming weeks.
