Ja Morant found himself in trouble yet again after he flashed a gun on Instagram Live for the second time in just over two months.

It led to former NBA player Kwame Brown calling him the dumbest player in the league, while Stephen A. Smith is worried it might cost him his life if he continues down this path. Now, rapper and Crips gang member Bricc Baby has sent a warning to Morant, who has also shown gang signs during games.

“He ain’t f***ing with the gangland like that,” Bricc Baby said to Cam Capone News. “You throwing them ‘Ns’ up, that’s gonna cost you. … What you wanna do, pay the crips for the rest of your life? Because that’s gonna cost you.”

“Start being real with yourself,” Baby added. “You a basketball player. You want to come step into this field, we can show you a whole lot about this s***. Matter of fact, set up a meeting for me and Ja Morant, since he want to be a Crip. I bet you he don’t never show up, and it’s on some friendly s***.”

If Morant needed a stern warning to mend his way, he has got one now from Bricc Baby. Just like so many others, he too wondered why on earth someone who has a massive NBA contract like Morant would do things like this. It also seems pretty clear that no one is buying this persona that Ja is trying to portray by flashing his gun and just want him to stick to being a basketball player.

Ja Morant Tarnished The Reputation Of NBA Players As Per One Agent

What Morant’s actions seem to have done is tarnish the reputation of NBA players, as per one agent, who spoke to Tim MacMahon. The agent added that other agents and teams are furious because it reflects poorly on everybody. Rival executives reportedly wanted commissioner Adam Silver to suspend Morant for half a season or even more than that.

Silver stated he was shocked by the second gun incident, and that reaction makes you believe the league is going to come down strongly on Ja. A long suspension would, in turn, mean a big dent in his wallet and that is after he already lost out on $39 million after not making any of the All-NBA teams. He might be at risk of losing his Nike deal as well and hopefully, Ja is realizing that he simply cannot continue to do things this way.
